Our turnaround time for orders is 30 days.

It's very simple when you add your item to the cart and click on "Continue to payment", select your payment method.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details.
We would not suggest the use of a washing machine. We recommend a bristle brush and we are yet to find a trainer cleaner product that doesn't work!
Our paint is crack and water resistant but for extra protection we suggest Protection Spray.
To help prevent creasing we recommend Crease Preventers and Shoe Trees.
Yes! The paint is crack, water resistant and 100% wearable. They are durable and made to last, however damage can be caused through misuse so we advise you take good care of your MBC's.
As all of our customs are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges so please be sure of your size before placing an order.

Everything is hand-crafted and made to order therefore all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your size before placing an order with us.
If we supply an incorrect order e.g. wrong size, wrong design we will correct our mistake. Please contact us upon receipt of your order, any exchanges will be conditional and must be returned to us unworn and in the original packaging.
UK is free 1st Class Shipping.
US & Canada via DPD using a tracked and signed service - £10.00.
Europe via DPD and Royal Mail, both courier services tracked and signed service - £10.00.
The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.
